A 72-year-old man reportedly shot his wife and then killed himself inside of their home Thursday night.
Police say it was a family member who discovered both of bodies inside the house in the 3600 block of Conowingo Road. When officers got to the house, they found 72-year-old Brenda Johns dead from a gunshot wound.
Soon after they found her husband, Charles Johns, dead in another room of the house with self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
Detectives assigned to the Forensic Services Unit are processing the house for evidence to see what exactly happened.
This investigation remains active and ongoing. The motive and time of death are still undetermined. There are no further details being released at this time. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Detective Seth Culver at 443-409-3498.
