A man has been charged on eight total counts of possession and distribution of child pornography.
Maryland State Police announced Wednesday, the arrest of George Kinney, 59 of Havre De Grace, after executing a search and seizure warrant at his residence.
In January, investigators traced multiple downloads of images depicting child pornography to Kinney's computer.
Detectives seized electronic equipment while serving the search warrant, and will submit the property for forensic examination.
The Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Unit is continuing this investigation.
