Harford County officials say around 11:30 a.m., two male juveniles ages 14 and 15 stole a vehicle from the 1900 block of Eloise Lane in Edgewood.

A school resource officer observed a male he recognized was not a student attempting to flee the school, and apprehended him. The remaining three suspects were also captured and are facing charges.
