An inmate who walked away from the Howard County General Hospital Thursday night has been arrested by police without incident.
Howard County Police said 52-year-old Timothy David Powers walked away from the hospital in the 5700 block of Cedar Lane in Columbia at approximately 8:00 p.m.
He was receiving treatment at the hospital.
