A former priest from Bel Air is charged for making, and possessing child porn.
61-year-old Fernando Christancho is being held without bail Wednesday morning at the Harford County Detention Center.
He last served as a priest at Saint Ignatius Church in Hickory back in 2002.
Cristancho refused an assignment to another parish from Cardinal Keeler, which led to his duties being revoked.
