ABERDEEN, Md. — Aberdeen Police are seeking a man wanted for a home invasion that occurred Saturday afternoon.

Officers responded to the unit block of Swan Street at about 2:28 p.m. for a reported home invasion. At the location, police found two women, aged 23 and 55, who said 29-year-old Kennis Lamber entered the house to resolve a debt, police said.

One of the woman attempted to run away, which escalated the incident, as Lambert chased down the victim, choking and punching her. Lambert stopped the assault after forcibly taking property from the woman and fleeing in a blue SUV driven by a man known as “Steve,” police said.

The woman was taken to Harford County Memorial Hospital to treat the injuries she sustained in the attack.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact the Aberdeen Police Department at 410-272-2121.
