A 90-year-old Prince George's County man was arrested after police say he is a suspect in two rape cases in the 1960s.
Russell Isaac was a principal at W.C. Moffett School in Queen Anne's County and is now being charged with multiple counts of rape and associated sex offenses. Currently, he is being held at the Prince George's County Detention Center.
An investigation done by the Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division began in May 2016 after a woman came forward saying that she was sexually assaulted by Isaac while she was a 14-year-old student at the W.C. Moffett School. Through the investigation, another woman came forward and said she was assaulted by Isaac when she was 15-years old.
According to both victims, the sexual assaults happened at the school between 1966 and 1968.
