Maryland State Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash from late Sunday in Worcester County.

Shortly before 10 p.m., troopers from the Berlin Barrack responded to a reported crash between a motor vehicle and a bicycle around the intersection of MD 589 and Gum Point Road in Berlin, Md. The bicyclist was taken to Atlantic General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are withholding his identification until family has been notified.

Anyone who has information about Kider or has been in contact with him should call the Worcester County Sheriff's Office, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, the Ocean City Police Department, the Delaware State Police, the Berlin Fire Department, and/or the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration.
