Cecil County deputies say Snoopy is in the doghouse, and they are not talking about the beloved cartoon dog.
Travis Shepard, aka Snoopy, has three open warrants for his arrest, including not showing up to court to be sentenced for drug dealing charges.
Snoopy is featured this week on the Cecil County Sheriff's Office #FugitiveFriday where they say he has been arrested 21 times in the last few years.
Snoopy is 6'1, 230 lbs, and is often see in Delaware.
