ELKTON, Md. — An Elkton man was arrested on Wednesday morning after police say he possessed and distributed child pornography.
19-year-old Christopher Murray is now being charged with four counts of distribution of child pornography and eight counts of possession of child pornography. Murray was arrested at his house following an investigation by the Maryland State Police.
In September 2018, the Maryland State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was looking for people who were sharing child pornography online. During their investigation they were led to Murray's house.
Just before 6:30 a.m., police went to his home and arrested him without incident.
No additional information on this case has been released at this time.
