The Carroll County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help in locating 15-year-old Emmillee Hamby.
The teen's parents discovered she had left their home on Stone Road around midnight on Wednesday with a bag of clothes.
Investigators believe Hamby is with 17-year-old Andrew "Drew" Forrester of Baltimore. Forrester may possibly be driving a black pickup truck with Hamby.
Anyone with information about either teen is urged to call Det. J. Ehrhart with the Carroll County Sheriff's Office at 410-386-2499.
