According to the Office of State's Attorney Office for Carroll County, Wayne Matulonis was charged with two criminal counts of Sexual Abuse of a minor on October 12th.
Officials say that Monday Matulonis appeared for a bail review and was granted a bail of $3,000 by a Carroll County Judge.
State Attorney's Office says that Matulonis was ordered by a Carroll County Judge that if he were to be released, he is to have no contact with the victim, anyone under the age of 16 years old and must be supervised by Pre-Trial Service.
