A Middle River man shot and killed his estranged girlfriend Tuesday before turning the gun on himself, Baltimore County Police said.
Police identified the man as Muhammadu S. Igomigoh, 49, and the girlfriend as Nnenna L. Ogbonna, 44, also of Middle River.
The two have two children in common, but no longer lived together, police said. Detectives determined that Igomigoh visited Ogbonna's home yesterday, and the two argued over money.
The handgun Igomigoh used was legally registered to him. Igomigoh also had a carry permit for the gun, which he used in his employment as a security guard.
