Willie Edward Bulls III and Jamal Akeem Flowers are both charged in a shooting that happened March 25 in Lansdown.
Both are facing attempted 1st and 2nd degree murder, 1st degree assault and the use of a firearm.
A 22-year-old was shot on Lakebrook Circle after being approached by one of the suspects.

The two men were arrested and charged Sunday morning.
