Two men arrested and charged with first degree murder in Randallstown shooting

RANDALLSTOWN, Md. — Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged two men in connection with the a Sunday morning homicide.

21-year-old Cory Dwayne Fennell, of the 4800 block of Truesdale Avenue, and 26-year-old Markus Haggins, of the 2800 block of Forest Glen Road, have both been charged with first degree murder for killing 27-year-old Derrick Laurence Towe-Williams during an apparent drug transaction.

Both suspects are currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center following their Friday bail review hearings.
