Two suspects have been charged in connection with the April 4 shooting in Dundalk that left a 21-year-old man dead.
Amritpal Mavi, 17, of the 1800 block of Homber Avenue, and Michael Christian Mullen, 18, no current address, are both being charged as adults with first-degree murder, police said.
Indictments for both men added charges that include armed robbery, first-degree assault, handgun violation and other related charges, police said.
Both men are being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.
Police said that their investigation indicated that on April 4, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Mavi and Mullen were involved in a dice game with Marlo Delector Braxton, the victim, in the basement of a home in Dundalk.
Mavi shot Braxton in the head, police said, and then Mavi and Mullen fled to West Virginia, where the two were later apprehended.
The exact cause of the shooting remains unknown, police said, and the incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.
