Both men are being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail.

Police said that their investigation indicated that on April 4, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Mavi and Mullen were involved in a dice game with Marlo Delector Braxton, the victim, in the basement of a home in Dundalk.

Mavi shot Braxton in the head, police said, and then Mavi and Mullen fled to West Virginia, where the two were later apprehended.

The exact cause of the shooting remains unknown, police said, and the incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.
