Someone slashed the tires of at least 41 vehicles in a Pikesville apartment complex, Baltimore County Police said.
Police said the suspect is a boy between the ages of 13 and 16. The incident happened between 4 and 6 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Twin Ridge Apartments in the 1900 block of Rambling Ridge Lane.
