Second suspect arrested and charged in February homicide

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Police announced that they have arrested a second suspect in connection to the February 25 homicide of Anthony Laron Richardson Jr.

On Monday, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Curtis Ray Carradine Jr., of the 4100 block of Kinsway Street.

Carradine was arrested on Tuesday and charged with first degree murder. He is currently being held on a no bail status pending a bail review at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Following the investigating, detectives discovered that Carradine and Michael Kevin Richardson, who was previously charged, targeted, shot and killed the victim in Comet Court on February 25.

Detectives say that there is no relation between Michael Kevin Richardson and the victim.
