Early in the morning September 23, 1981, a man walking his dog near Goucher Boulevard found the body of 13-year-old Heather Porter.
Baltimore County Police say Porter was murdered and dragged into the woods in Towson, nearly 20 miles away from her Halethorpe home.
Detectives were able to secure DNA but have never been able to find a match, even after all these years.
