UPDATE: Joseph Harrison Ford has been found safe and unharmed in Ohio. Police say he was with a friend.

The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person from the Essex area.
Joseph Harrison Ford is a 24-year-old white male, 6’02”, 170 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and a beard. He is believed to be wearing a blue uniform shirt, blue uniform pants, and black boots. He is also believed to be operating a white 2000 Ford F150 with black roll bars in the back and Maryland tags 1BF3913.
Joseph Harrison Ford is believed to be in emotional crisis and may be armed with a 12-gauge shotgun.
Ford was last seen today at 3:44 p.m. at his home in the 1900 block of Sue Avenue 21221.
Anyone seeing Joseph Harrison Ford, his vehicle, or anyone with information on him is asked to call 911 immediately.
