Officials say they're still investigating how Buckley sustained his injuries, but are considering the case a homicide.

Several hours later in Randallstown, police were dispatched to the 3400 block of Barry Paul Road for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they found 30-year-old DeAndre Rashad Miller shot multiple times.

Investigators believe Miller was walking to his home in the block, when he was approached by a suspect who began firing several shots.
