Police have identified the suspect charged in connection with a shooting incident in Nottingham Tuesday.
Spenser Naheshema Sumler, 23, of the unit block of Congaree Court, was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and other charges.
He’s being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Police said Sumler and the shooting victim are acquaintances. Sumler shot the man during an argument behind the McDonald's and IHOP restaurants in the 7900 block of Belair Road.
Officers arrived on the scene to find the victim on the parking lot of Fullerton Plaza Shopping Center with a gunshot wound to his lower body.
He was taken to the hospital where he is expected to survive.
