Baltimore County Police said they have identified the man who exposed himself to a 9-year-old girl in Dundalk in March.
Police said the suspect is Boyd Walter Holland, 55, of the 3400 block of North Point Road.

The suspect and his attorney came to speak with police on Wednesday, police said.
The District Court Commissioner issued a summons for Holland in connection with this incident. He has not been served with that summons yet.
