Baltimore County Police have identified the Parkville man fatally shot Thursday as Davon Lamar Fuqua, of Swampscott Ct where the murder occurred.
Police had been called to the area around 2 a.m. after a man had been fatally shot while walking with his girlfriend from his car to a building. The female was not injured.

Police believe the victim was targeted and ask the public to share any information relevant, by contacting police at 410-307-2020.
