Baltimore County Police said a 19-year-old is dead, and a second person injured after a shooting in Essex early Friday morning.
Police identified the 19-year-old as Breon Markeith Baglin of the unit block of Seagate Court. The second victim has been identified as Juwan Khalil Mitchell, 20, of the 800 block of Arncliffe Road in Essex.
The incident took place in the unit block of Seagate Court.
The suspect remains at large.
