Man set on fire in White Marsh in 2015 dispute has died

A man set on fire during a dispute with a co-worker in December of 2015 passed away on Saturday, according to family sources.

Sixty percent of David Campbell's body was reportedly burned following an altercation with Christopher Harrison, Jr. Campbell was hospitalized up until his death.

During the fight, Harrison threw gasoline on the victim and then lit the gasoline on fire. Harrison was charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault, and reckless endangerment. According to online court records, he was found guilty of first-degree assault and reckless endangerment and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Editor's Note: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Christopher Harrison was charged with first-degree murder. He was instead charged with attempted first-degree murder. The story has been updated.
