Police say someone shot Maurice Slater, 24, as he sat in a car and he got out and collapsed a short distance away in the parking lot of the Windsor Inn, a popular nightspot.
Baltimore County Police are investigating after a man was murdered in a parking lot across from Windsor Mill Road early Friday morning.

Another police-involved shooting that left one dead earlier this week also happened on Windsor Mill Road, but almost two miles away from this scene, and it not believed that case is tied to this one.
