A Randallstown man has been charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder in connection with a shooting Feb. 10.
Baltimore County Police said Donald O'Neill, 51, got into an argument with two men in the vestibule of the carryout side of Tom's Tavern in the 9300 block of Liberty Road. Police said O'Neill shot both men, then ran off.
He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
This incident remains under investigation by the police department's Violent Crimes Unit.
