EDGEMERE, Md. — Jonathan Clay Hickey, 28, is charged with first and second degree murder.

Hickey is accused of shooting Brandon Austin Boemmel, 26, early Sunday morning in Edgemere.
Officers responded to the 7500 block of North Point Road for the shooting just after 2:00 a.m.
Police say Hickey and Boemmel had an altercation that ended in the deadly shooting.
The victim died at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center while he was being treated for at least one gunshot wound to the upper body.
Hickey remains held without bond following a bail review hearing Monday.
