The suspect bitten by the 87-year-old man he assaulted last month has been arrested, Baltimore County Police said.
Walter Ellwood Feldheim IV, 32, of Baltimore is charged with first-degree assault and other charges and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $500,000 bail.

Police said Feldheim went to a home in Cockeysville around 7 a.m. Dec. 14 and told the 87-year-old man who lived there that there was something wrong with his well, and it needed to be checked.
When the man went to close the door, Feldheim grabbed his arm, pulled him to the ground, got on top of him and started to put his arm around his neck.

He ran away after the older man bit him, and his wife punched him in the head.
