Police arrested a 30-year-old Dundalk man in connection to a sex assault that happened in August.
It's his second sex offense related arrest in less than a year.
Brian Keith Cooper is charged with first-degree sex offense, second degree assault, and dangerous weapon with intent to injure following an incident on August 1.
The victim came forward after seeing news coverage about Cooper’s February 28 arrest on rape charges and impersonating an officer.
Cooper was released on $350,000 bail after two incidents in late February where he impersonated a police officer in order to get sex and sexual favors from prostitutes.
He was charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense, impersonating a police officer, and related charges in connection to the February assaults.
Cooper is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
