Charges are pending against the 20-year-old man who assaulted another man with a chemical spray at Towson Town Center Tuesday night.
Baltimore County Police said the man's name will be released once he is formally charged.

The victim told police the man, whom he identified as a friend, confronted him on the third floor of the mall and pulled out a small canister, spraying him. Police haven't determined whether it was mace or pepper spray.
Emergency responders evaluated about a half dozen people affected by the spray, including a pregnant woman, who was transported to The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a precaution.
The man who said he was deliberately sprayed refused treatment. Several other people also refused treatment.
