Baltimore County Police responded to a reported shooting near the intersection of Patapsco Avenue and Willow Spring Road at 10:37 Wednesday morning.
When officers arrived, neither the victim nor the shooter could be located. Witnesses said they heard multiple shots fired in the area. The victim arrived later at a local hospital with at least one gunshot wound to the lower body. The victim's status is currently unknown.
