No one has been arrested for Daniel Ho Covertson's murder in 2009. Detectives in Baltimore County said Thursday they have nothing to go on right now, and they need help.

It was during the afternoon on February 14, 2009 that Baltimore County police responded to an apartment in the 7000 block of Lachlan Circle.

When officers got there, they found 22-year-old Covertson dead from a gunshot wound to the head.

"A witness told us that he had come to the location to check on the victim and when there was no answer at the door, he went inside and found the victim unresponsive," Corporal John Wachter said.

Wachter said the investigation has not led to any significant information or suspects.

"We don't have anything. We want to bring this family justice. We want to bring this family closure and we need the public to give us information to help us do that," Wachter told ABC2.

Anyone with information can either call police at 410-307-2020, or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
