DUNDALK, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash.
On Saturday, at a little before 9:50 a.m., 49-year-old Susan Marie Penix, of the 7800 block of Harold Road, was walking in the alley behind her home when she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. Penix was able to get back to her home where her roommate called 911.
She was transported and later died at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
The Baltimore County Police Crash Investigation Team is conducting an investigation into this incident and is asking anyone with information to call (410) 307-2020.
