Dozens of cats and kittens found abandoned in White Marsh motel room

WHITE MARSH, Md. — Baltimore County Animal Services found 31 cats and kittens inside of a motel room in White Marsh on Monday.

According to county animal officials, animal crews were called to the Colony Inn Motel around 9 a.m. when they located the animals.

They say some of the cats appeared to have fleas and tape worms, and they also confirmed that some cats are pregnant.

Officials say they have identified the owners and are actively searching for them at this time.
