The man accused of breaking into a woman’s house and raping her will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Alphonso Owens was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences plus 25 years in prison for first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense and home invasion Wednesday.

On March 26, 2015, the victim was leaving her home in Catonsville when Owens confronted her and forced his way inside where he sexually assaulted her.
