A woman carrying a loaded semi-automatic handgun was arrested during a police narcotics investigation in north Baltimore Saturday.
Officers stopped the woman after she fled from the scene, recovering a loaded .38 caliber revolver and a loaded 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Both firearms were reported stolen.
The officers also recovered a ninja-style facemask and a large amount of money.

The officers arrested and charged 24-year-old Mikkea Rowe with several handgun violations.
Rowe is currently in Central Booking and had been given a $350,000 bail.
