2 teens shot at southeast Baltimore playground Thursday

City police are investigating a Thursday night shooting incident involving two teenagers at a playground in southeast Baltimore.

Officers responded to the 1300 block of Bunsen Way around 11 p.m. for a reported shooting.

When officers arrived, they located a 16-year-old and 17-year-old suffering from gunshot wounds to their legs. 

Both victims were taken to an area hospital and later released. 

Police said the initial investigation revealed that both teens were shot in the 6100 block of Plantview Way on a playground.
