Two teens have been identified and arrested after a cat was beaten and burned to death in Northeast Baltimore.

Baltimore Police Chief T.J. Smith said Monday a 15 year old and a 13 year old were charged with felony animal cruelty and will be dealt with in juvenile court.

Surveillance video was released last week showing a group of teens attacking the cat and setting it on fire in December.
