Officers were called to the unit block of Abington Avenue around 10:02 p.m. Friday for a shooting.
However when units responded, they found a crime scene but no victims.
Police say they were notified of two walk in shooting victims from an area hospital moments later.
When they arrived to the hospital, a 35-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the arm and stomach, and a 29-year-old man with gunshot wound to the torso were being treated by staff.
Police have confirmed that the 29-year-old has died as a result of his injuries.
Homicide detectives are investigating this case.
