Two people injured in shootings across the city Friday night

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating two shootings that took place Friday night.

According to police, at around 6:30 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon officers arrival, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the wrist.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was at Erdman Avenue and Sinclair Lane when he was shot by an unidentified suspect.

Eastern District detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2433 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.

At around 9:12 p.m., officers responded to North Calhoun at Mosher Street for a report of a shooting and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso.

He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
