BALTIMORE, Md. — Baltimore Police are investigating a double shooting that occurred Monday evening in the area of Woodbourne Avenue and York Road.
Police say two men ages 21 and 54 were transported to an area hospital with gunshot wounds.

Neither victim has been identified, and so far there has been no word on their condition.
Police haven't released any information on a possible suspect.
