Two men were arrested in connection to the murder of 49-year-old William Johnson.
Johnson was murdered on July 10, 2016 in the 600 block of East Patapsco Avenue. Police arrested Frank Barnett, 28, on July 13, 2016.
During the investigation, detectives discovered Barnett had an accomplice. On July 14, police arrested 26-year-old Carrington Sturgis.
