Two men were shot around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in Baltimore's Washington Village/Pigtown neighborhood, Baltimore Police said.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of West Ostend Street, where they found a 23-year-old man and a 26-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.
