Baltimore City Police are investigating after two men were fatally shot early Tuesday morning. Police say just before 6 a.m., officers responded to the 2800 block of Lanvale St where they found one man’s body inside a car and one outside; both had been shot in the head.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
