BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Police responded to the area of 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue for a shotspotter alert just after 10 p.m. on Thursday.
Upon arrival, officers located a crime scene but did not locate any victims.
A short time later, two victims walked into local hospitals with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
Officials say neither victim cooperated with police.
