Baltimore Police arrested 17-year-old Teon Grant for shooting a 23-year-old man on the 500 block of Wellesley Street in December of 2017.
According to officials, a December 19 shooting left a 23-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the head, chest, and left forearm. They say the man told detectives that he was sitting in his car when an unknown suspect walked up to the car and started shooting.
During the investigation, detectives were able to interview people and search surveillance footage which led them to the suspect.
Grant has been charged with First Degree Attempted Murder.
