Police are looking for a suspect that robbed a convenience store Wednesday in Northwest Baltimore, using a cup of coffee as a getaway.
Around 2:45 a.m. an unknown suspect entered the 7-Eleven on Park Heights Avenue. The suspect reportedly began shopping and prepared a cup of coffee, then approached the counter. That’s when the suspect apparently threw the cup of coffee at the store employee and took money from the cash register and fled the scene in a red car.
Detectives believe this same suspect is also responsible for several other recent convenience store robberies in Baltimore.
Anyone with information on the identity of this suspect is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
