A suspect in Tuesday’s shooting inside of a church recreation hall has been charged with attempted murder of his father.
Police said Antonio Addison, 25, of the 1600 block of Walterswood Road in Baltimore, shot his father at his brother’s funeral at the New Song Worship & Arts Center.
He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, first and second-degree assault reckless endangerment and various handgun charges.
Addison is currently being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility.
His 47-year-old father is still hospitalized in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.
